What Kind of Business Organization Are They Running Under Now?
What kind of business organization do they seem to be operating under? I see that some of their clients are running under a name that doesn’t really mean anything. For example, they may be called the Network Marketing Institute or something similar.
In fact, when I first heard their name, I really thought about the nutcracker, but then I remembered that they’re an educational foundation, so what is their real name?
There’s a simple explanation for this. The name has been registered with the US Patent and Trademark Office. When you go to their website, you’ll find lots of pictures of people with very smart faces and you’ll even find a cartoon character. It might not mean much to you right now, but if you ever need a lawyer to help you understand exactly what their business is all about, this name could be worth looking into.
Now then, it all seems pretty innocent doesn’t it? And yet, I can’t help but think about all the lawyers that are out there. Even worse, I can’t help but think about all the lawyers who haven’t been able to make a success in business either? And now, this Network Marketing Institute looks to be the answer to all those problems, doesn’t it? Isn’t that a funny name, too?
It is funny, actually. That was actually my thought when I first read about it. So then, I went online and looked up their name. And what I found is that they’re actually registered with the US Patent and Trademark Office, which mean that the guy behind the Network Marketing Institute is someone who understands exactly what kind of business as an independent consultant has to do. And he also knows what kind of business the government must protect from independent consultants.
Okay, so let’s talk about this for second shall we?
As a former government attorney, I certainly did not support this latest move by Caleb and Anna. However, it’s hard to say if it’s a good thing or a bad thing. The government can protect the industry better than these guys can, although, this does show that Caleb and Anna are not the most trustworthy people when it comes to what kind of business organization are called and anna running under now. But, as a former government attorney, I do believe that the government should step in more often to protect the small businesses from the bad guys out there like these guys are.
Regardless, it looks like we have a new “scorched earth” battle going on, what kind of business organization are called and anna running under now? Are they safe yet, or what? Perhaps we will soon find out, as these two continue to make comments like this one over again.
